Frankie has been turning on the charm the past week. I guess she is hoping for a big present that may have been an animal part under the tree.
It was really cold the other morning and as the world waited for Homer to finish his business, poor Frankie was shivering and looking miserable. I decided it was time to pull out the sweater that NeNe had knitted for her. I dug it out of the closet when we got back in, and she was so excited I had to put it on her right then. The dog loves wearing sweaters.
There is an ongoing battle between Clara and Frankie about who the recliner belongs to. (It is certainly not the humans'.) Occasionally, they share and lay next to each other, but that is degrading to Frankie because she has to be touching a cat. Here was her ingenious solution yesterday.
