We had a lovely Thanksgiving. Kate's family and a couple of my friends joined us for a yummy dinner with lots of food. Eileen the turkey was probably the best turkey I have ever made, if I do say so myself. Why was its name Eileen? Well, it had a rather round bottom that made it list to one side rather badly.
Jack had a great time playing with his cousins. As soon as they arrived Wednesday night, he ran up to Kaden and started giving hugs. He then went into super play mode (Look at my toys! Look at me! I am going to to run around the house like crazy!) until they left. We tried to get a picture of all of them, but except for Kyler, the boys did not really cooperate. I think this was my favorite.
Everyone left Thursday night, and on Friday morning Jack was wondering around the house looking for everybody. Usually, the first thing out of Jack's mouth in the morning when I get him up is, "Momma, where's?" Friday, he said that followed by "Amamny, where's?" (Amamny=Aunt Mandy) for the next ten minutes or so.
