On Sunday, we all headed in to Cleveland for the Chocolate Exhibition at the Great Lakes Science Center. As part of the exhibition, they were having a special event called "Cleveland Brownies." I think we were all expecting some big orgy of brownies, but it ended up being only four restaurants that brought brownies to try. We were a tad disappointed, but what we had was still pretty tasty. (Also see Amy's account of the day.)
And of course, Jack had to get in on the brownie action.
He was very pleased.
Even though she was too little to partake of the goodies, Elle still seemed to be having a good time. (I have a decent blackmail-able picture of her Mommy and Daddy enjoying brownies, but I will be nice and not post it...)
Despite the letdown of the brownie festival, Jack had a great time running off his sugar up in the area designed for little kids. I would like to say that he spent a lot of time playing with this calliope because he is so musical...but I think it was because it was in a little area that Kate and I could not get to.
A family portrait near the end of the day. You can tell Jack is starting to come down from his sugar high.
Jack was never really sure how to play with Elle. Before we left, though, he did take a little time to read some books to her.

Why do I get the feeling that the black-mailable picture is more painful for *me* than it is for Colin?
