A Boy Named Kate--Another Edition of Heard Around the House

Kate: Look at the sky Jack! Isn't it pretty?
Jack: Sky messy.
K: No, those are pretty clouds in the sky.
J: Clouds messy. Sky messy.

Heard through the monitor 35 minutes after putting him down for the night after hearing nothing for twenty minutes:
"Party! [In a slightly higher voice] Party!"

Heard through the monitor at 2:30 a.m., fifteen minutes after a middle-of-the-night diaper change.

"Hi Nemo, my name Dackson."
[In a different voice] "Hi Dackson, how are you?"
[Back to his own voice] A full minute of gibberish and then "Thank you! Good-bye."

And that was it. He went to sleep. We really need a video monitor.

Jack: Dackson Webah.
K:What is Mommy's name?
J: Kate Webah.
K: What is Daddy's name?
J: Daddy Kate Webah!
Me: No, it's Joe Weber
J: No, Daddy Kate Webah.

Yup. Just call me Daddy Kate.
