Food for Thought

My friend S posted this awhile back. She found it on the blog Very Good Taste. One of my greatest pleasures in life (behind family and music, of course) is food. It is seriously a wonder that I am not horribly overweight. I get very excited when I get to try new foods. The idea of the list below is that it is 100 foods that everyone should try at least once.

Is there anything you would add to this list, or any foods below with which you have had interesting experiences? I had to look some of them up, so don't think that I am so cool that I knew what all of these were...

I think to this list I would add croque-monsieur, gyros, sweet potato fries, spicy tuna roll, monte cristo, and scotch eggs...and about a 100 more dishes!
