I'm Back...Hopefully.

School is starting to wind down for me--three classes and one assignment left until I have another diploma to hang on the wall. I barely survived my 7-week class. I pretty much had to ignore any non-essential things in my life, such as mowing the lawn and blogging.

THEN, we had power issues for a couple of weeks, which meant Internet issues. Power is finally fixed after two electricians and a call to DTE. So, hopefully, I can get back to blogging now. I have had plenty to write about, some of which I will remember. (There were also seven straight weeks of trips to the vet in there due to various infections for Homer and Clara.)

Both the of the young-uns are doing well. Lily Belle (5 months this week!) rolled over multiple times (tummy to back) three weeks ago. She decided she didn't like it, though, and hasn't done it since. Kate says it's just a sign of how content of a baby she is that she is cool with wherever she happens to be. Her favorite person is still Jack. He elicits the biggest bell laughs from her, sometimes just by smiling at her. Amelie will sometimes start laughing when he walks in the room, just to get him to laugh. He also will laugh just to get her to.

Her contentedness may be sorely tested now, though, that . We seem to be starting to teethe...
