did you know that you can embed the actual player into your blog post? it's pretty cool. you should also check out vimeo—it's still in beta but it looks much more svelt than you tube. for the geekier web2.0 folks . . .
The video came through. Good to see Frankie has kept up the good fight. Has she gained a bit of weight since I left?
