In the Car, On the Way to a Wedding

What should have been a five-hour trip (with dinner stop) stretched to well over six hours Friday night due to construction and bad service at Applebee's. Jack behaved wonderfully, though. And he slept for only the last half hour of it. Of course, there was a lot of dancing and creative playing...

And introducing Mr. Giraffe. Jack has recently became rather attached to this stuffed animal and sleeps with it every night. Here he is snuggling with Mr. G., a good sign that he is about to doze off.
