We had a very nice time in West Lafayette visiting with family. And Kylie's wedding was very beautiful. Luckily it was outdoors since Jack really did not want to sit still. (And since the church had collapsed a week before...)
Jack also got to hang out with his cousin Alexis. The second picture is really sweet, right? Well, Jack is actually valiantly defending his juice. Who wants to share with an icky girl? Actually, Alexis is about the same size as Jack, so she probably could have clobbered him, but I don't think she wanted to embarrass him. 
And you know that since there is dancing at weddings, Jack had to be in on the action:

On a side note. Do you ever wonder what it will be like when Jack grows up and instead of a looking through his baby pictures in an album (well, in addition to that, probably), he gets to go read his Dad's blog? People seem to be surprised by how I (sort of) blogged my fieldwork - but he must be among the first generation of blog babies. :-)
