Another Edition of Quotable Jack

Car conversation on the way to Greensburg:

Jack: Mommy, Asians are sneaky.
Kate and Me: What?!?
J: Asians are sneaky.
Me: Uh...Jack that's not nice to say.
(Long confused pause)
J: But if I want to be a Secret Asian, I have to be sneaky. Then I get neat gadgets. Secret Asians have gadgets and get to be sneaky.
Kate and Me: Oh! Agents.
Me: Yes, Jack. Agents are sneaky. Say it with me Agents.
Jack: Asians!

*****************************************************************************
Jack: (Hands me the book Are You My Mother?) Daddy, let's read "Where's My Mom."

Much to Kate's chagrin, Jack has started calling her "Mom" sometimes. I think he mostly does it to irk her.
*****************************************************************************

J: Mommy, what do you do at the hospital?
K: I give medicine to sick people.
(Long pause)
J: But where are their Mommies?

We are convinced that he he has a picture in his mind of Kate walking around the hospital with a bottle of Children's Tylenol, a little syringe, and a little medicine cup.

Jack, I'm right there with you! I think I was in high school when my parents finally pointed out that the Johnny Rivers classic was not actually about a secret Asian man.

Kate needs to be prepared, there will be a day, time, situation when Jack will call her "Mother"...
