Rice Cereal Time

On Monday night, we introduced Amelie to Rice Cereal for the first time. As you can tell by the above picture, she wasn't quite sure what to make of it.

When we told her that she was getting her first solid food, she was confused since she has been chewing on her bib for quite awhile and it is very solid.

She manages to flash me a smile before the first bite.

She decides she likes it after all. I love it when babies are introduced to a new food. They give you this horrid look, but then hungrily reach for the spoon.
