After being sick and going away for a long weekend, life is starting to return enough to normal (whatever that is) that I can carve out time in the day to blog regularly.) Here are some pictures I meant to post a while back and forgot to. You can tell that they are few weeks old by the summer clothes Jack and Amelie are wearing.
I've mentioned many times before how much Amelie adores Jack. Now that she is becoming mobile, she is starting to try to get to him.
Jack and I were playing cars, when Amelie decided she wanted to be by him instead of me. Originally, she was laying next to me and she started rolling until she was by Jack. She kept scooting closer and closer to him. He kept inching away and she just followed him.
Until he was almost under the Pack 'n Play
Jack loves reading and playing with his books. He even started calling the two bottom shelves that holds his books his "library." One day, I was in the other room changing Amelie and when I came back into the living room, this is what I saw.
He had apparently worked really hard making a comfy area to relax and read.
