Our (Now) Annual Camping Trip to the Tractor Show

(Yikes, this never published!)

We took our (what is now becoming an annual) camping trip to the Brookville Antique tractor show with my family last weekend. Jack has been looking forward to this for a very long time. He had such a blast last year, and ended up having as much, if not more, fun this year. He was so excited to go that he got up at 4:30 the morning we left.

Of course, the rest of us were a tad miserable as it rained the entire time and was very muddy.
I really didn't get a good picture of just how muddy it was at the tractor show, bit you can kind of see it in the background.

Jack's pants pretty much looked like this every day.

Amelie had a great time, too. I'm not sure how long she just stared at these baby chickens. She thought they were great.

Jack was excited to get to hold a baby bunny this year.

And chat with a Llama.

On his list of things he wanted to do when we got there? Eat an apple on the golf cart.
Wish granted.

Amelie thought it was great fun getting to eat outdoors.

She also got a huge kick out of taking rides. It's hard to see in the picture, but she loved feeling the wind.

And what is going to the tractor show without playing in a big pile of sawdust?

Jack even got to "drive" the garden tractors.

Amelie had to get in on the action, too.

On the way home, Jack requested that Kate take a picture of him being a "parking lot."

Being a parking lot, That's Funny! You're braver than I camping in the rain, but looks like so much fun!

Joe - you got some good camping pictures. Would you email some to me? I've tried copying some of your blog pictures from Lindsey's wedding, but they don't seem to print correctly when I do it that way.
