"Ghost Pooping in the Grass"
I was making dinner while Jack was sitting on the floor drawing. I overheard him talking to himself but was not really paying attention until I heard --
Jack: ...here's the poop. Here's the grass, he...
Me: Excuse me Jack, but what in the world are you drawing?
Jack: A ghost pooping in the grass. See? Here's it's head [left side of picture], here's it's eyes, here's it's arms, here's the poop, and here's the grass!
Gotta love the scatological humor of a three-year old boy.

Oh man, that was my next guess! Just goes to show -- you should go with your gut and guess the first thing that comes to mind....
