We are going through our house and packing up and throwing out a lot of clothing and items (ahem) and as part of that process we are seeing what still fits the kids and what needs to be boxed up.
This hat obviously does not, but Amelie refused to let us take it off. When it fell off (and it did many times) she would try putting it back on and whine until we did.
She is taking off her sock, in case you are wondering what is going on in the picture below. I also should point out that she is sitting next to her most prized possession, a Pat the Bunny book. It has a little plush bunny attached to a string (safe, I know) that does various activities and you tuck it into bed. She carries it around every where holding on to the bunny, even while crawling. It's pretty darn cute.

And in other news, over the last couple of weeks, Amelie has been showing signs of teething...except for an actual tooth. It didn't even look like another one was close to coming in. Yesterday, I was retrieving something (a lint ball?) from her mouth when I found that a teeth had come in in the back of her mouth on the bottom. I do not know the names of teeth, but it is the one in front of the molars. She now has four on top, two on the bottom front, and one random one in the back. I guess it is there to grind up the yogurt melts...
