He Does Snow Removal and Cooks Pizza

We received about six inches of snow on Thursday and through the night. Jack was very excited to put on his new snow boots and go out and...

Throw snowballs?.
Make snow angels?
Make a snow man?

No, he just wanted to dig in the snow and help me shovel. So, rather than wrestling with the snow blower to figure out why it will not run, I figured we could just shovel Thursday evening (half-way through the storm) and then again on Friday. He had a blast.

Kate reminded me to take the camera out on Friday evening to get pictures of the little worker.
Pardon the funky picture tint, but it was getting rather dark out.

He loves his snow shovel

He doesn't do too bad a job of shoveling.

Although I think he had to rub it in that I have yet to take in the deck furniture, since he insisted on clearing the snow off of it.

Kate and Amelie were the smart ones to stay inside.

As soon as we were done it was time to make dinner. A quick costume change and Jack was ready to go. He loves the kid size rolling pin that Santa brought him and the apron that Kate's Mom made.

No, he is not getting ready to hit someone, he is just very proud of his cooking tools.
