Jack Update

Kate had an appointment with her doctor yesterday. She now starts having them weekly until the baby is born. It was all good news. His heart beat sounds fine, he is pointed in the right direction (head down), and the mommy parts are 1+ cm dilated and 50% effaced. This last bit just means that things are starting to be set in motion. It could still be a couple of weeks before he comes...but it also means that we have to be ready because it could happen anytime. I hope we're ready, because it sure doesn't feel like we are!
