Santa brought Amelie a Fisher Price Little People Castle. (I'm sure it has a fancier name than that.) Amelie excitedly ran over to it and analyzed what she had in front of her. She quickly tossed the prince and princess aside, picked up the horse that came with it and and announced. "Dis My Pony Tastle." (She calls My Little Ponies "My Pony.") The little horse was then climbing the stairs, dancing, etc. Soon her two My (Little) Ponies joined in. Occasionally, the prince and princess are allowed to ride the ponies, but mostly it's the ponies sleeping in the beds and feasting at the tables.
It warms my heart that he was this excited about getting a book...
Amelie was so excited about getting new clothes that she started undressing as soon as she opened them. You can tell she is not happy that we told her no.
She was not amused.
