I started my new job today, but it was just going over training videos, etc. The real stuff begins tomorrow--at 5:30 a.m. I guess I am starting as an "opener" so my schedule will consist of a lot of 5:30-2:00. As if I didn't have enough sleep adjustments to make already, now I have to get used to getting up and being coherent at 4:00 a.m. The job looks promising, though. 20% employee discount at Whole Foods!

Nobody warned us about the amount of laundry you have to do for a newborn. We have been doing a load a day of baby clothes--and these things are tiny. I think he went through five outfits today from soaking through diapers or spray from trying to write his name on the wall. This boy has some projection! (Jack has a high PSI, that's "Piss per Square Inch.) In the hospital, the nurses refer to this as "Christening." But doesn't that imply it only happens once? Where is that pee shield when we need it?

And for those of you that come here only to see pictures of Jack...
